Shipping
- Postage calculated at cost
- UK orders under £30 - Quoted for postage without insurance unless specifically requested.
- UK orders over £30 – Quoted with insurance to cover any loss
- EU/International – Quoted at Air Mail rates
- Import fees outside of the UK – Recipient will pay
- If there are any issues with delivery and you have requested postal insurance, this will need to be investigated with the postal service used and refund received by me from them prior to refunding your account, this is just so I am not out of pocket while the investigation goes through
- I cannot accept any liability for loss if insurance has not been requested, although I can provide proof of postage
- I will need proof of any damaged items that have occurred during transit, so please message me with information and supporting pictures, including of the packaging and damaged goods so I can investigate as fast as possible
- All orders will be shipped to the address on the Paypal account only
